Held nursing again having? ?

Did everyone begin breast feeding again after he/it had held?? I stopped to nurse after 4 weeks, because I had a hard duration with it. My son we now würden 9 weeks and I us again gladly troubles if possibly?? this worked for somebody and how did you do it?

Please don\'t bother me over holding in the first place, I know that nursing is better!
