How can I ease engorgement because I stopped to nurse?

My daughter is 12.5 months old, and I only stopped, approximately 5 days ago through gradual disaccustoming to quiet... we wants her/it/them, that are quite broken of the habit of itself,.. anyway now begins one of my breast to get sore, and causal pain. How I can ease the engorgement, without pumping or this milk Auszudrücken. Because I weiß, whether I do that, then, my body will continue to still do milk. Also, over, how long it takes in order to dry up the whole way. I place auf\'t-Loch, but obviously if I then am become saturated, I still produce milk.

BTW, before the engorgement, my breast is really soft..

Cabbage.... sounds carzy and simply more strangely i knows.., but it works. reißen you only some from and places you in ur-BH it.. helps, in order to dry up u, 100 percent 1 voices saves to it! ! RSS

through mammakay... you sit in a nice hot bath... u must let the milk come out somehow..... i, in order to push on it down, uses you go in tilli-Filz for mining like her/it, felt better... didi this approximately 3-5 days long and it went away... bu ti also didnt breasfeed for this long one.... hope this helps!!
