I had only my son, and my breasts are extremely sore. ICH\'m, that doesn\'t nurse, and I carry a SportbH, about them flattens and, to achieve using Eisschachteln, in order to help, to hold her/it/them not so sore.
Do any mommies have any suggestions on that, what could help, and how long, until they stop to produce milk?

oh and for him/it was carried with 4:36pm monday:) and they became sore only today

ahh that I don\'t nurse because I much time, him/it each 2hours, to feed, and the lick everywhere doesn\'t have,: /
I live with my family, so that, if I then must go, can give her/it/them to him/it formula, but I was away from him/it today for 3hours, and it killed me, and I wanted to go home.

First from all, congratulations!!!! I have 3 children and didn\'t nurse none of them. It only wouldn\'t has für me worked, and all 3 of them are, healthy thriving formula fed kiddos! I used bags of frozen peas instead of the Eisschachteln, because it itself für my breasts better formed. Always always carry a dense Anprobesportarten-BH. Heat makes it worse, with it showers so painful was. I had a BRA, in which I only carried, that the shower. This way, that they were, preßte and the steam didn zusammen\'t does her/it/them no more fine, as they already were. It was a gigantic help! Hope, thereß this your baby helps and enjoys!
