How to stop to nurse?

I nursed my son since he/it was born. 12/23/2010 were carried for him/it, but because of the work purposes muß I lived to the work and i back returns, is capable to continue. I want to know some steps and experiences how holding without much pain is. all tops help

The best way is to be held, that nurse without pain, making very slow, and one interjects feeding every 4-5 days. But even if the baby während the day\'s fed formula is, you can still nurse with night. You/they könnten also, to pump all the time, views, works to deliver milk for the next day. With a good double pump können you in only 10-12 logs over your regularly planned breaks pumps.
