Stopped silence, how the pain lasts long for it?

i nursed traded only to formula feeding having across exclusively and my breasts therefore less then are 24 hours swollen and painful presently after they held. when hält this pain and there is everything, which I can do, in order to ease the pain?

Cold compresses, antihistamine medication, Sudafed, Tylonel Allergy and sinus, and cabbage leaves, that all help. The meds helps to dry up the milk faster, the compresses ease beforechanging pain, and the cabbage goes... I doesn\'t have any notion, why they help. But they do! It should aufwit eases ärts as your body gets the communication, that the baby will drink no more at the breast. Only Don\'t uses heyßes water, likes in the shower, or pumps.
